adjoins the Rudy
Vallee Pub via two sets of

The handsome patio is surrounded by a garden

It also contains a miniature wishing
well and a
water fountain. The brick patio is covered in part
by a
22’ x 30’ white canopy.

the near-by Ivoryton Playhouse].
These two adjoining areas [the Pub and the Garden Patio]
may
be used together for a separate event; or in
conjunction with a
larger affair in the
GRANDE BALLROOM.
For example: One or both of these two areas may be

pre-event cocktails, OR for their own event.
The PUB may be used for the evening’s continuing
cocktails in conjunction with a larger event in
