School.. Main Street in Farmington, is also Route 10.

DIRECTIONS:
From NEW YORK , WATERBURY and points WEST and SOUTH-
--------------get to Interstate 84,
and go EAST on I-84 to EXIT 39 [ FARMINGTON].
Follow the EXIT road RT 4, through the light, and go down the hill into Farmington,
to the intersection of RT. 4 with RT. 10.
turn LEFT onto RT.10 and go SOUTH on RT. 10 through the Farmington Village for one mile [ 1/2 mile past Miss Porter's School]
THE CARRIAGE HOUSE at PORTER'S LODGE is at 185 Main Street on the left [ a large white
mansion], [just before the Post Office Square Shopping Center]
Turn into the circular drive and park in the rear.
FROM BOSTON , SPRINGFIELD and points EAST and NORTH:
---------from I-91 get to Interstate 84,WEST,
at Hartford TAKE I-84 WEST to EXIT 39,[ FARMINGTON]
and follow the above directions.
